Untitled Document Swimmers Age: Boys aged 13+ Girls aged 12 + lCoaches: Andrew Ayres / Adam Baker / Hayley Baker lAll swimmers develop at different times, no swimmer is the same. This means some athletes will improve faster than others. The idea of the Youth Potential Squad is to give the swimmers who are developing at a slower rate, and may not be reaching their potential, the correct opportunities to help them move forward in their development. The squad will be for swimmers who may have more success when they are youth or senior swimmers lThis squad will be for athletes that want to commit to the program, but have not yet reached the criteria for the next squad, the swimmers will be selected to go into this squad by the Head Coach. It is a very important squad for the program and will be closely monitored by the Head Coach lThe commitment criteria: Working towards: l12.5 Hours per week Available lBecause this squad is for the late developer it is very important that the swimmers are fully committed to the program, there will be 4 evening sessions plus 3 am sessions . Swimmers must attend 11.5 hours per week. The morning sessions will be coached by the Junior Potential coach and the Youth Potential Coach Training Times 12.5 hours per week
